Ever since their first taste of chilli honey in a New York Deli, the team at Quinby’s were hooked. They decided then and there to make their very own here in Australia using honey from Sydney’s North.

Infused at a low temperature to keep all that honey goodness, it’s infused with fresh habanero to deliver a real kick.

Try it on pizza, fried chicken, hard and soft cheese, fruit, cocktails, and especially gelato!
