Great Grandma Rosas Red Sauce

Great Grandma Rosa was our Country Mama, born in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She tended to the farm, plucked feathers for pillows and sewed dresses from feed sacks making sure each had an extra pocket for her pistol. Like her, this Carolina vinegar sauce is traditional, sweet and fiery.

Ingredients:Red Wine Vinegar, chilli, seeded mustard, honey, garlic, onion, dark brown sugar, oil

How to Use:This classic Carolina vinegar sauce gives a kick to beef, pork or chicken.
